We are so thankful for you!

After the challenges and silver linings of the past year, we wanted to show our gratitude and eternal appreciation to you, our Growth for Good community.

Ten things we are celebrating:

1. Both Katherine DeFoyd and Claudia Zeldin’s twins graduated from college — four times the fun!
2. Liliana Marques welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby into the world on October 24.
3. More than a dozen live, virtual events produced, with more than 2,500 participants raising more than $1MM! Clients shared that our events were truly interactive, mission-focused, donor-centric, and fun, leaving donors more connected to their charity.
4. A half dozen clients supported with fundraising plans — these combined best practices with new ideas for raising money in the virtual world.
5. Collaborative relationships with clients in developing strategic plans that included market research, stakeholder engagement, and goals/strategies to achieve growth and sustainability.
6. Interim executive leadership and development staff provided to both The Bronx Community Foundation and the Pajama Program, where we assumed day-to-day management that supported solid organizational development.
7. A rebranding campaign that expressed what is unique and powerful about the work that will be launched with a new, robust website in the new year.
8. Building our clients’ team infrastructure and systems to improve board development, fundraising, and communications.
9. Lots of virtual workshops that strengthened management and fundraising skills in partnership with the National Association of Nonprofit Professionals, Candid, and Mission Control.
10. Through our sister company, Search for Good, we led several successful searches for directors of development. [Great fundraising strategies are only as good as the leadership executing the strategy.]

These successes in 2021 would not be possible without our incredible clients and affiliated partners. We appreciate your partnership and trust in us. Your success is our success — we celebrate the moments that are meaningful for our clients.

It’s been a lot of fun to work with you all! As we round the corner into 2022, we are hopeful, optimistic, and energized.
