We often coach our nonprofit clients about building relationships and managing change, but today we share some news that is very personal to our Growth for Good team.

It is with great joy that we announce that Joyce Isabelle is stepping down as a partner at Growth for Good and will become Development Director at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club. She has been filling this role in an interim capacity and is making the leap to a permanent position in November.

Over the past 10 years, Joyce has been an incredible partner to Growth for Good, building infrastructure and systems as we have grown. She has consulted with many clients in the arts and social services, always focusing on building capacity, growing relationships, using technology and research, and raising money from multiple sources simultaneously with her signature style Zen.

As business partners, we have counted on Joyce for fundraising strategy, thoughtful decision-making, team building, and her incredible attention to detail. As trusted friends, we have shared professional and personal challenges, celebrations, and fun times.
