CAPACITY-BUILDING TO FACILITATE LONG-TERM ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTH
As a consultant at Growth for Good, Claudia provided interim marketing and development consulting, building the capacity for CARA to expand its leadership team and national impact. Over eight months, she completed an audit of CARA’s external communications and created a marketing plan. This plan included amplifying public relations and digital marketing for policy initiatives, along with fine-tuning strategies to reach influencers, educators, and philanthropic partners. Claudia then developed a fundraising plan that included institutional prospect research and strategies to increase contributed revenue. The Growth for Good team helped write a case for support and common application, and Claudia developed a research briefing event plan and job description for the permanent Director of Development & Communications.
