Market Analysis & Business Planning to Expand Community Service
JFCS wanted to expand its supportive programs and services to ensure that Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transsexual (LGBT) Jews are fully integrated into all aspects of Philadelphia’s Jewish community. Our partner Claudia Zeldin conducted a national and local competitive market assessment as the basis for a program expansion process that would build JFCS’s internal capacity and operational structure, create strategic partnerships, and develop earned income opportunities. Our recommendations were captured in a three-year business launch plan with comprehensive revenue goals and programming outcomes to help JFCS better address the psycho-emotional needs of Philadelphia’s Jewish LGBT community.
