INTERIM DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP CHANGE CONSULTING
Claudia Zeldin worked closely with RSS—Riverdale Senior Services’ Interim Executive Director, staff, and board—to reorganize the development team and recruit and onboard a permanent development manager. As RSS’s Interim Development Director, Claudia managed ongoing fundraising needs, developed a fundraising plan diversifying from government funding, and established intra-agency best practice policies and practices. While consulting RSS, she created an actionable board nominating committee plan and facilitated a board governance training. Also during this time, Claudia was on the event team that produced RSS’ record-breaking 50th Anniversary Celebration.
