ASKED BACK TO MANAGE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT TRANSITION
Based on our previous successful partnership, the Alliance for Positive Change (formerly AIDS Service Center NYC) asked us to come back to manage a development department reorganization. In the role of interim development director, Claudia Zeldin coordinated the search for and onboarding of a new director. She also executed a major donor cultivation event, secured gala honorees, developed marketing collateral, maintained marketing communications including a Giving Tuesday campaign, attracted multiyear media sponsorships with Metrosource and OUT magazine for pro bono print and digital advertising, and worked closely with the board development and communications committee to prepare for the agency’s 25th anniversary, which she would come back, again, to help manage.
